How do I order your products?

The only hard part about shopping here, is deciding what you want! At any point you can change your mind or cancel your order – it’s just like taking the item back to the shelf.

Browse through all our products online and add them to your shopping cart. When your done – Checkout!

What happens when I checkout?

When you go to the Checkout page, enter your name and delivery address.

Shipping price is:

  • Registered EParcel $7.00 per order + $1.00 per item
  • Express Post $10.00 per order + $2.00 per item

Choose a payment method.

  • Credit Card
  • Paypal Express
  • Direct Deposit

With payment all done, all that is left is to sit back and wait for your parcel to arrive.

How long will my order take?

All orders are produced using print-on-demand technology and can take 3-5 working days to complete your order.

Delivery times can vary depending  on where you live and your distance from our production centre in Melbourne, VIC Australia.

  • Inside Australia please allow 2 – 10 days.
  • Outside Australia please allow 2 – 4 weeks.

Note :::: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Do you accept orders outside Australia?

We accept orders from most countries. If you’re in the shipping countries list. Then we ship to your country.¬† Otherwise, please contact us to discuss adding your country.

Can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the items you have received you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date.

You may only return unworn, unwashed & items free of damage.

What if the size is not right?

If you receive an item and wish to exchange it for a different size or an alternative item. Please use the contact form.

Note:: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Do you have online order tracking?

If you created an account at checkout, You can view the status of your order by logging into your account.

What if I have wrong or damaged items?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one.

You will NOT be responsible for any shipping costs.

However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.

Please take a photo and send it to our support staff. You will then receive a return authorisation number and a replied paid ID.
